General terms and conditions of sale

In order to guarantee this reservation, credit card details are needed (number of the card and the expiration date). The Hotel Capitole reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card before your arrival. Animals are not allowed in our Hotel. Cancellation Policy (article n°1590 French Civil Code) : Stay - 7nights: Without fees 48h before the date of arrival, otherwise 1 night will be charged.
Stay equalor superior to 7nights:
Less than 1 week before the date of arrival, the total stay amount will be kept.
Less than 2 weeks before the date of arrival, the half stay amount will be kept.
In case of early departure the full amount of the stay will be charged.
Only written cancellations will be taken in account (fax, mail ou e-mail).
